What I'm all about

I’ve led global businesses as CEO and built companies from the ground up, scaling them through to sale.

Whatever the size of business though, my process remains the same – minimise waste and maximise efficiencies and growth.

My practical, down-to-earth, no-fluff, commercially-driven marketing and sales strategies and advice is the reason that I have advised marketers and founders from companies like Microsoft, Network Rail, The Cabinet Office, GoCardless, Hastee (formerly Hastee Pay) and Hiyacar.

Commercial and exit experience. I’ve walked the path you’re on, leading an international consultancy, as CEO, to a successful acquisition by a top-tier US corporation. As a board member of 2 AIM listed companies, I understand how to put your marketing and sales in the context of your overall business growth and scale – to achieve the highest exit multiple.

Marketing and sales leadership. Drawing on my extensive experience leading both sales and marketing teams in diverse B2Bs, I work with you to integrate and align the functions to create your conversion engine.

Strategy and execution processes. Leveraging my experience in building end-to-end processes, I provide you with the processes, frameworks and templates you need to succeed. You don’t have to spend the time creating them.

Execution team. With my background as the CEO of a B2B marketing agency for 14 years, I can recruit/ build your own internal marketing team or provide an execution arm until you are ready to build your internal team.

Since 2009, I have consulted with over 400 businesses, globally.

During that time, I have found that startups, scaleups and large B2Bs make the same mistakes – either hiring a tactical marketer to handle both the strategy and the execution or hiring a brand marketer that doesn’t have the execution experience. This limits your marketing and sales potential and ultimately results in plateauing revenues or decline.

I’m a platform-agnostic marketing leader, specialising in strategy and with huge cross-channel execution experience, who will hone in on what’s holding you back, so you can deliver revenue growth and scale.
